Full Stack Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer / Full Stack Developer with 5–8 years of IT experience specializing in Microsoft technologies, cloud-native solutions, and enterprise application development. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in .NET Core, Web API, Azure/AWS cloud services, healthcare workflows, and scalable enterprise systems. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality solutions across diverse domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using .NET Core, ASP.NET, Web API, and Angular.
• Build and optimize RESTful and GraphQL APIs for enterprise and healthcare applications.
• Lead end-to-end product development from requirements gathering to deployment, ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions in healthcare (HL7, DICOM, PACS, RIS) and enterprise domains.
• Mentor junior engineers, provide technical guidance, and drive process optimization.
• Ensure data security, compliance, and performance optimization across applications.
• Document system architecture using industry-standard models (C4, DDD) for long-term maintainability.

8–12 years of IT experience with at least 5+ years in .NET Core and enterprise application development.

Hands-on experience in healthcare IT systems or large-scale enterprise platforms.

Proven leadership in team management, mentoring, and project delivery.

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
