What You'll Be Doing:
- Build and enhance backend services for an Agentic AI platform.
- Develop and maintain stateful, multi-step LLM workflows.
- Design and optimize retrieval and scoring systems.
- Debug production issues using logs, traces, and system behavior.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable AI-driven solutions.
- Implement high-quality, well-tested features with strong validation practices.
What We're Looking For:
Python Development
- 4–8 years of professional Python development experience.
- Strong knowledge of Type Hints, Dataclasses, Pydantic, Async/Await, Concurrency, Python Standard Libraries
- Able to independently understand and modify existing Python codebases.
Backend Development
- Hands-on experience with FastAPI.
- Knowledge of Dependency Injection, Middleware, Request Lifecycle, Multi-worker deployments, Redis integration
- Strong debugging skills using logs and traces.
AI & LLM Experience
- Experience building production-grade LLM applications.
- Familiar with Prompt Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Embeddings, Similarity Search, Structured Outputs, Handling LLM failure scenarios
Workflow Orchestration
- Experience with tools such as LangGraph (preferred)
- Similar orchestration frameworks
Infrastructure
- Experience with Docker & Docker Compose, Redis, Container troubleshooting, Enterprise networking basics
Frontend
- Working knowledge of HTML, Vanilla JavaScript, DOM Manipulation, Fetch API
