POSITION SUMMARY

In your role as the Full Stack Web Developer, you will help us continuously develop scalable web applications and e-commerce software solutions. You'll be part of a cross-functional team that's responsible for the full software development life cycle. You should be comfortable around front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks and third-party libraries. You should also be a team player with a passion for market-place application creation.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress and Shopify websites according to brand specifications.

Implement responsive design principles to ensure optimal performance across various devices and screen sizes.

Collaborate with designers to transform wireframes and mockups into pixel-perfect website layouts.

Customize themes, plugins, and templates to meet specific project requirements.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs to ensure smooth website functionality.

Optimize website performance and speed through code optimization, caching techniques, and hosting optimizations.

Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to identify and fix any errors or inconsistencies.

Stay up-to-date with the latest WordPress and Shopify updates, trends, and best practices.

Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers when necessary.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.

Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a WordPress and Shopify Developer.

Experienced in WordPress, including custom theme and plugin development.

Extensive experience in Shopify development, including creating custom themes and customizing existing themes.

Expert understanding of front-end web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.

Expert-level proficiency in CSS frameworks such as Bootstrap for responsive web design.

Expertise in backend coding languages such as PHP and MySQL for server-side development.

Experience working with RESTful API integration and third-party API usage.

Expert understanding of database management and optimization.

Knowledge of SEO best practices and optimization techniques.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Proficiency in using Twig is a plus.

Familiarity with React is a plus.
