We are seeking a Principal IT Engineer Applications - Fullstack Technical Lead for our Fortune client in Healthcare domain to drive the development of cutting-edge web technology solutions. This role requires deep technical expertise, adaptability, and strong alignment with Agile/Product methodologies. The ideal candidate will have experience in interacting with senior leadership and working on large-scale integrations across cloud platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of fullstack web applications using Java/Node.js, Spring framework, Angular/ReactJS, HTML, and CSS.
- Work in an Agile/Product development environment, ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define and drive technical strategies.
- Utilize engineering tools such as GIT, Jenkins, and JIRA.
- Design and implement service-oriented architecture and web services.
- Ensure adherence to DevOps best practices, including CI/CD pipelines and modern workflows.
- Build integrations between large-scale enterprise systems.
- Optimize applications for accessibility (ADA compliance) and UI/UX best practices.
Must-Have Skills:
- 8+ years of experience in software development.
- Hands-on experience in Java/Node.js, Spring framework, Angular/ReactJS, HTML, CSS.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure (or similar cloud platforms like AWS).
- Solid understanding of DevOps principles.
- Experience working on service-oriented architecture and web services.
- Excellent communication, writing, and conflict resolution skills.
Good-to-Have Skills:
- US Healthcare industry experience.
- Experience in UI/UX best practices and accessibility standards.
- Startup experience, especially with companies like Amazon or Google.
- Knowledge of Automated Testing and unit test case development.
- Understanding of EPIC and related healthcare applications.
