We are looking for a hands-on Coupa Design Analyst with strong experience in Coupa implementation and configuration to join a large-scale digital transformation initiative.
This role is ideal for someone who has worked closely with business users, functional teams, and technical stakeholders to deliver end-to-end Coupa solutions across procurement and finance operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in end-to-end Coupa implementation projects
- Gather and translate business requirements into functional solutions
- Perform system configuration and support design activities within Coupa
- Work closely with stakeholders across Procurement, Finance, and Technology teams
- Support testing activities including SIT/UAT and production rollout
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend best practices
- Ensure solution design aligns with business processes and governance standards
Requirements
- Experience working on Coupa implementation projects
- Hands-on exposure to Coupa configuration/design
- Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes
- Experience engaging business stakeholders and translating requirements
- Familiarity with procurement and finance workflows
- Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment
- Prior consulting or regional project exposure is an advantage
Preferred Experience
- Coupa modules such as Procurement, Invoicing, Expenses, Sourcing, or Supplier Management
- Experience supporting system integrations or enhancement projects
- Exposure to global or regional transformation programmes
