Job Type: Contract Role

Contract Duration: 6 months (Extendable contract)

Competencies and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree or Professional Qualification in Marketing/Business/IT/Multimedia Design

• At least 5 years as a functional tester/ lead in digital marketing industry

• Digital Marketing, Platform Management, Information Technology

Job Specification

• Lead and perform application testing activities within software development life cycle (SDLC) stages on project basis and contribute to the successful and timely delivery of the assigned projects.

Key Responsibilities

• 1. Preparation of test cases, test data, test scenario and test scripts for the overall project implementation based on the functional requirements.

• 2. Ensure testing are completed within test schedule for the assigned project.

• 3. Establish the communication protocol in the organization structure during the testing

• 4. Reviews the individual run plans with the Business Lead/Project Manager

• 5. Carry out progress reviews with the Business Lead during all testing phases, track tasks and timelines

• 6. Key person for coordinating and maintaining the test data from respective IT Leads/BU so that the same data can be used during the UAT.

• 7. Highlights the critical project risks / issues to the Business Lead/Project Manager and work on the mitigation of these risks and arriving on work around for critical issues

• 8. Provide regular overall test status update to the Business Lead/Project Manager

• 9. Participate in the defect triage meetings with different project stakeholders on a daily basis.

• 10. Prepares the Project Level UAT test plan and run plan in adherence to the master test strategy

• 11. Prepares and provides the weekly detailed test execution and defects metrics to the Business Lead/Project Manager

• 12. Works closely with the IT Leads & Business Leads and helps resolve the issues faced during their testing

• 13. Responsible for the testing activities of all the applications involved in their respective projects

• 14. Schedules and monitors the execution phases of UAT by tracking the execution rate and defect closure
