Fund Operation Executive

The Fund Operations role focuses on managing bank accounts, arranging payments, and overseeing fund management, including forecasting and adjustments. It involves preparing financial and data analysis reports, reconciling positions, and resolving discrepancies to ensure accurate payment settlements. Additionally, the role includes handling other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Job Descriptions:

• Manage bank accounts and arrange payments of the funds.
• Managing the fund management, predicting and adjustment
• Taking responsibility to prepare the financial and data analysis report.
• Performing reconciliation of positions as well as investigating and resolving discrepancies to ensure timely and accurate settlement of payments.
• Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in a related field with experience in Fund Operations/Fund Management/Fund Administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Good knowledge of SQL is an added advantage
• Able to commit the rotating shifts is a must
• An ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
• Detailed-oriented, responsible and proactive
• Excellent analytical and multitasking skills with the ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
• Ability to work independently while collaborating in a fast-paced agile team
• Ability to speakMandarin and Englishfluently in order to communicate with global colleagues and stakeholders
• Open for fresh graduate
