Fund Solution Product Manager

Job description:

1. Responsible for the planning and design of products to supporting fund solutions for business projects, including Acquire Business, Remittance Business, A+ Business.

2. Collaborate with technical, operations, and marketing teams to create PRDs and ensure on time delivery.

3. Build and summarize fund solution models based on the development of business and produce standard fund products.

4. Monitor the operational data and standardization of products, identify potential user needs, and optimize user experience.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with preferred majors in finance or economics; Better to have relevant working experience in fund product development;

2. Experience for banking integration for payment channel will be a plus.

3. Having a deep understanding of payment service market. Preferred to have experience in product design and development for Acquire or remittance or card scheme business.

4. Strong logical thinking and communication skills, adept at cross-departmental and cross-regional coordination. Data-savvy with a holistic view of product development.

5. A collaborative team player with high resilience, a strong sense of responsibility, and a deep commitment to ownership.

6. Preferably, possesses some business or system architecture capabilities.
