Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for the Future Leader Program, located in Kuantan with the flexibility to work . As a Takaful Consultant, you will be responsible for promoting and providing tailored takaful solutions to customers, fostering trust and long-term relationships. Day-to-day tasks include identifying customer needs, managing client portfolios, delivering presentations, and providing excellent customer service. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kuantan, where you will also contribute to building a strong customer base while meeting performance targets.

Qualifications

Qualifications

Sales, communication, and client relationship management skills

Knowledge of takaful principles, financial planning, and Islamic finance

Time management and organizational skills

Proficiency in analyzing customer needs and offering tailored solutions

Self-motivation and results-driven mindset

Minimum qualification is Diploma and degree in related field
