Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Kuantan for a Future Leader at Prudential BSN Takaful Berhad. The candidate will be responsible for leadership development, strategic decision-making, and driving organizational initiatives and goals. Day-to-day activities include participating in structured training programs, contributing to business planning, collaborating across teams, and leading community-focused initiatives. The selected individual will also be involved in managing projects, identifying areas for innovation, and championing change to drive company growth and success.
