Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Kuantan for a Future Leader at Prudential BSN Takaful Berhad. As a Future Leader, you will lead strategic initiatives, foster innovation, and help drive organizational excellence. Responsibilities include supporting business strategies, managing key projects, nurturing team potential, and driving customer-centric solutions. Collaboration across teams and leadership engagement are central to this role, with a mix of on-site office duties and flexible work-from-home opportunities.

• Strong Analytical Skills: Data analysis, research, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
• Leadership and Project Management Skills: Team collaboration, strategic thinking, and initiative-taking
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Effective verbal and written communication, team building, and conflict resolution
• Innovation and Technology Proficiency: Exposure to modern tools or platforms, adaptability in learning new technologies
• Client-Centric Approach: Ability to develop customer-focused strategies and solutions
• Ability to navigate a hybrid work environment and work effectively both remotely and on-site
• Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field is ideal
• Prior experience in the takaful, insurance, or financial services industry is beneficial
