Job Description

Responsibilities

Produce high-quality research and analysis on major and emerging market currencies.
Work closely with sales, trading, and risk teams to align strategies with business goals and risk appetite.
Keep updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and technologies affecting FX markets, integrating insights into decision-making.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering expert guidance and market commentary.
Lead continuous improvement efforts to enhance research methods, analytical tools, and reporting.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Adhere to internal policies, controls, and procedures to ensure compliance and risk awareness.
Take ownership of personal development and proactively seek feedback to strengthen performance.

Requirements

Strong understanding of macroeconomic principles, monetary policy, and their impact on FX markets.
Proficiency in technical analysis, with experience using Bloomberg, Reuters, and other financial data platforms.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience presenting to institutional clients.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and delivering high-quality research under tight deadlines.
