-Manage a wide range of back-office functions, including general affairs, accounting support, HR administration, and secretarial assistance to the team.
-Maintain and manage labour/ accounting-related data with accuracy, and coordinate with external vendors to support monthly closings.
-Liaise with the Japan HQ on monthly/quarterly/annual closings, through written communication in Japanese.
-Provide administrative support for ad hoc duties assigned by MD in line with operational needs.
MUST TO HAVE:
-Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in accounting, office administration, or a related administrative role.
-Proficiency in both Chinese and Japanese, with JLPT N3 level or above.
-Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal & external stakeholders.
