Design UGC game level structures and core gameplay progression (combat pacing/exploration paths/puzzle layout, etc.), gameplay systems, and interactive systems (mechanics/traps/AI behavior zones etc.) using platform-specific tools.
Troubleshoot bugs, and ensure smooth gameplay.
Collaborate with stakeholders to iteratively adjust and optimize games based on technical, creative, or player feedback requirements.
Requirements:
Proficiency in level designing.
Strong problem-solving skills and creativity in game design.
Ability to work 8 hours daily with flexibility for team collaboration across time zones.
Fresh graduates are also welcome
Language Proficiency:
Fluent in English or Chinese (written and spoken).
Preferred Skills:
1+ years of hands-on experience developing UGC games in Roblox, Minecraft, or Fortnite or other sandbox games.
Proven track record of publishing at least one UGC game (portfolio/work samples required).
Experience with UGC platforms beyond the listed tools.
