Role Overview
Are you passionate about gaming, marketing, and community building As a
Gaming Intern, youll gain hands-on experience in
strategy & go-to-market planning (GTM), marketing campaigns, and community engagement. This internship offers a structured
three-phase rotation, allowing you to explore different aspects of gaming business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Phase 1: Strategy & Go-to-Market (GTM)
- Support the development of gaming strategy, including market research and competitive analysis.
- Assist in defining key positioning and target audiences for gaming-related products and services.
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop a go-to-market plan for gaming campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Conduct research on gaming trends, industry best practices, and monetization strategies.
Phase 2: Marketing
- Assist in planning and executing gaming marketing campaigns across social media, digital ads, and other channels.
- Create and manage content calendars for gaming promotions, ensuring timely execution.
- Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Support the creation of promotional materials, social media assets, and influencer collaborations.
Phase 3: Community Building
- Engage with gaming communities, fostering strong relationships with players and content creators.
- Support community engagement activities, including online events, forums, and live streams.
- Assist in moderating discussions, addressing community feedback, and implementing engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with gaming influencers and esports teams to increase brand visibility.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Media, or related fields.
- Passion for gaming, esports, and digital entertainment.
- Strong understanding of gaming trends, communities, and content platforms (Twitch, Discord, YouTube, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of marketing analytics and content creation tools.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
