Were Hiring: Gaming Support - Mandarin Speaking

  • Location: Teleperformance Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur) Gtower
  • Intake: September
  • Channel: Voice, Chat, Email
  • Salary: RM4,000 RM4,500 (All-in Package)

What Youll Need:

  • Diploma or Degree in any field
  • English proficiency (CEFR B1+) Check Level
  • 6+ months experience in customer support preferred (not required)
  • Fresh grads in English/Communications-related fields encouraged
  • Typing: 40wpm, 90% accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office & general computer use

Were Looking For:

  • Native Mandarin speaker or fluent non-native with excellent command of Mandarin
  • Excellent communication & problem-solving skills

  • Team player with critical thinking

Your Responsibilities:

  • Support customers via chat & email
  • Handle inquiries, payments, and order processing
  • Safeguard customer data & privacy
  • Escalate issues when needed
  • Contribute to service improvements
