Procurement GBS Team Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Global Business Services (GBS) procurement team, ensuring high performance and motivation.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies for the domain.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in procurement operations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure procurement activities align with business objectives.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and procurement metrics to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in procurement and team management.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
