GBS Team Manager – Customer Service Operations
Our client are seeking a GBS Team Manager to oversee service operations in the Southeast Asia region. This role is pivotal in driving high performance service delivery, optimizing quotation and order fulfillment processes, and aligning operations with strategic business objectives. The successful candidate will foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence, ensuring customer focused service delivery. Reporting directly to the Head of Regional Service Operations, Southeast Asia, this position involves managing direct reports and collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance service operations

What you will Do
- Lead and manage the customer service quotation and order processing teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer requests
- Oversee quotation preparation, pricing strategies, and discount approvals in alignment with business rules
- Coordinate with Sales, Manufacturing, and 3PL partners to ensure seamless order execution
- Collaborate with Region CS controller to provide monthly turnover forecasts
- Implement value stream methodology and client model to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction
Your Skills
- Strong leadership and people management capabilities with a focus on coaching and development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization
- Must be proficient in SAP systems and tools, such as SD module, Microsoft Office Suite, and data analysis tools
- Deep understanding of customer service operation processes, including quotation management and order processing
- Ability to align GBS operations with broader business strategy and transformational goals
