- Manage sprint commitments, capacity planning, delivery cadence, and removal of blockers.
- Work with Product Owners to maintain a clear, prioritized backlog including AI-specific user stories (model features, data pipelines, prompt templates, evaluation tasks).
GenAI Project Delivery
- Support delivery teams building LLM-based solutions, including:
- Copilots and conversational agents
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications
- Automated summarization, insight extraction, and knowledge assistants
- AI-powered workflow automation

- Ensure smooth execution of AI-specific development workflows:
- Data preparation, annotation, and quality validation
- Prompt iteration, benchmarking, and model evaluation
- AI safety, guardrail implementation, and acceptance criteria
- Continuous feedback loops using user telemetry and eval results
- Collaborate with Data Scientists, AI Engineers, MLOps, Cloud/Platform teams, and domain SMEs.
Coaching & Continuous Improvement
- Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile values and AI delivery best practices.
- Champion the adoption of AI-aware Agile artifacts (e.g., model evaluation scorecards, prompt versioning logs).
- Drive continuous improvement based on sprint metrics, model performance metrics, and team feedback.
Risk, Governance & Compliance
- Identify risks related to GenAI adoption: data privacy, accuracy, hallucinations, bias, and operational constraints.
- Facilitate risk mitigation activities in alignment with Data Governance, Security, and Responsible AI guidelines.

- Velocity, throughput, predictability
- Cycle time and impediments
- AI-specific metrics (accuracy, hallucination rates, evaluation scores)
Produce sprint dashboards and facilitate data-driven decision-making.
Scaled Agile (If Applicable)
Operate smoothly in a multi-team or scaled setup (SAFe, Scrum@Scale, LeSS).
Handle cross-team dependencies, especially data, model assets, and platform integrations.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- 5–9 years of relevant experience in Agile delivery, Scrum Mastery, technical project management, or engineering leadership.
- Strong experience supporting or delivering AI / ML or Generative AI initiatives.
- Solid understanding of LLMs, RAG architectures, prompt engineering, and model evaluation concepts (hands‑on coding not mandatory, but technical fluency is essential).
- Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams including Data Science, Engineering, MLOps, and Cloud teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline (Master's is a plus).
