Job Description

  • Providing technical support for hardware devices such as desktops, laptops, printers, servers, and networking equipment.
  • Troubleshooting hardware issues and resolving them in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
  • Managing the procurement process for new hardware equipment, including researching vendors, obtaining quotes, and recommending purchases that meet the organization's needs and budget.
  • Configuring hardware devices for executive meetings, ensuring they are set up and functioning properly for presentations and video conferences.
  • Providing on-site support during executive meetings to troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise with the equipment.
  • Maintaining an inventory of hardware equipment, tracking assets, and ensuring proper documentation of all hardware-related activities.
