Role Description
This is a full-time General Clerk position based in Port Dickson with a hybrid work model that allows for some remote work flexibility. The General Clerk will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks such as managing records, updating databases, organizing documents, and preparing reports. Additional duties may include scheduling meetings, assisting other departments, and maintaining office supplies.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management capabilities
- Proficiency in clerical tasks such as record management, data entry, and filing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office equipment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines effectively
- High level of professionalism, reliability, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Prior administrative or clerical experience is preferred but not mandatory
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or a related field are an advantage
