General Insurance Operation Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Handle issuance of new business, renewals, endorsements, and cancellation transactions for all General Insurance products. 

• Perform receipting activities for General Insurance policies. 

• Ensure accuracy and timely preparation of policy documentation. 

• Manage policy-related administrative tasks and documentation. 

• Respond to email and phone enquiries from customer care teams, intermediaries, and internal stakeholders. 

• Support system enhancements and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) initiatives to improve operational efficiency. 

• Assist with other operational duties assigned by management. 

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Higher Diploma / Graduate Diploma in any field. 

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in a related insurance operations role. 

• Experience in General Insurance (GI) operations is preferred. 

• Knowledge of AS400 system will be an added advantage. 

• Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 

• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and organizational skills. 

• Good communication and coordination abilities.
