Description
- Lead and manage the Record-to-Report (RTR) process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies, standards, and regulations.
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements and related reports.
- Work closely with internal and external auditors during audits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial processes and systems.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement effective solutions.
- Support regional teams with financial reporting requirements.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the accounting team.
Profile
A Successful Candidate Should Have
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience in handling RTR / GL
- 1 - 10 years of experience in RTR / GL (depending on the role)
- Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
