Job Description

  • Design and execute growth strategies, sales plans, and profit targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive market expansion.
  • Take full ownership of P&L performance and achieve revenue and profit targets.
  • Build strong customer relationships, provide highquality service, and handle inquiries or complaints.
  • Act as the primary liaison for key corporate customers and drive strategic partnerships.
  • Provide commercial insights to leadership and support strategic business direction.
  • Conduct market profiling, lead sales campaigns, and pursue crossselling
  • Implement cost optimisation initiatives and improve profitability.
  • Drive new business development initiatives and accelerate revenue streams.

The Successful Applicant


  • Minimum 5 years business development experience in 3PL or Contract Logistics with a strong track record in largescale BD and sales.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and presentation skills; fluent in English.
  • Deep understanding of 3PL/Contract Logistics operations, costing, solution design, and commercial strategy.
  • Experienced in implementing complex logistics projects and leveraging technology in supply chain solutions.
  • A strong leader who builds and inspires teams, collaborates across functions, and engages stakeholders effectively.
  • Adaptable, commercially astute, customercentric, and able to thrive in dynamic environments with ambiguity.
  • Demonstrates global thinking, challenges the status quo, and drives continuous improvement.
