Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Market Analysis

  • Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify industry trends, customer demands, and competitive dynamics within the vehicle segment.

  • Utilize market data and insights to support strategic planning and informed business decision-making.

Business Development

  • Develop and implement strategic business development initiatives to expand sales and strengthen market presence within the vehicle segment.

  • Identify and pursue new growth opportunities, including partnerships, strategic collaborations, and entry into new markets.

Relationship Management

  • Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including dealers, distributors, and corporate clients.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring prompt responses to inquiries and delivering a high standard of customer satisfaction.

Sales Strategy

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop targeted sales strategies, campaigns, and initiatives for the vehicle segment.

  • Monitor sales performance, analyze results, and provide insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement.

Product Expertise

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of product offerings, features, and industry developments to communicate product value propositions to clients effectively.

  • Provide market feedback and customer insights to product development teams to support product enhancement and innovation.

Reporting & Forecasting

  • Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities, sales forecasts, and market trends to senior management, supporting strategic planning and performance tracking.

Requirements

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Automotive Technology, or a related discipline; a Master's degree will be considered an added advantage.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the automotive industry, with a focus on the vehicle segment.

  • Demonstrated track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets, along with experience in developing and executing effective business growth strategies.

  • Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to interpret market trends and data to support strategic decision-making.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and clients.
