Job Description

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new markets, customer needs, and emerging industry trends
  • Research and identify potential business partnerships, collaborations, and expansion opportunities
  • Generate and pursue new sales leads by contacting potential partners and prospective clients
  • Develop and present compelling proposals, quotes, and sales contracts to prospective clients
  • Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and business agreements in the company's best interests
  • Screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, and financial implications
  • Coordinate with marketing, sales, finance, accounting, and human resources departments to ensure alignment on business objectives
  • Set sales targets, quotas, and key performance indicators for the business development team
