Job Description

ABOUT THE JOB

Responsible for driving go-to-market strategies and leading sales efforts to achieve business goals, with a strong focus on driving revenue growth and improving customer satisfaction. This role ensures alignment with strategic objectives while improving the productivity of the sales team and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders to support business success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Management

  • Develop strategies to drive revenue and maximize profitability across TM and the regional offices.
  • Lead sales operations, including forecasting, account planning, and execution to meet business goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to close deals, improve satisfaction, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient service delivery and support.
  • Stay informed on market trends to drive innovation and long-term growth

Drive Sales Growth

  • Achieve revenue targets and profitability through effective sales strategies and team leadership.
  • Build lasting relationships with customers to meet their needs and influence future opportunities.
  • Drive digital transformation and customer satisfaction initiatives.

Lead and Explore New Business Opportunities

  • Develop strategic state relationships to foster ties and open new business opportunities.
  • Lead the digital agenda for the business by leveraging our infrastructure to create opportunities and expand possibilities
  • Drive sales in both government and enterprise sectors, integrating solutions with market trends, and contribute to comprehensive business plans for innovative customer solutions.

Establish and Strengthen Brand & Market Position

  • Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns to meet customer objectives.
  • Enhance Company's public image and regulatory profile at the regional level.
  • Manage crisis response to protect the organization's reputation

MUST HAVE

  • Master/ Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business, Engineering or equivalent or any relevant fields.
  • 810 years of experience in a sales leadership role, including:
  • At least 5 years in a direct sales role
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with sales technology tools and platforms
  • At least 5 years of sales or sales management experience in a B2B (business-to-business) environment
  • Experience in sales operations, business planning and sales support management
  • Demonstrated success managing analytically sophisticated corporate clients
  • Strong background in financial management, operational oversight and guideline implementation
  • Proven managerial and entrepreneurial capabilities, with the ability to drive growth and lead high-performing teams
  • Ability to lead in a team-oriented task.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
