Job Description
- Lead overall business strategy, operations, and financial performance.
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with shareholders, board members, regulators, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Oversee regulatory compliance, governance, risk management, and ESG initiatives.
- Identify market opportunities, industry trends, and business development strategies.
- Lead, develop, and retain high-performing teams while ensuring succession planning.
- Champion operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and technology adoption.
- Provide oversight across subsidiary entities and ensure alignment with group objectives.
The Successful Applicant
- Degree qualified, preferably in Business, Logistics, Maritime, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
- 15+ years of leadership experience within transportation, logistics, supply chain, or related industries.
- Proven track record of managing full P&L responsibilities and leading large-scale operations.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience driving business growth and strategic partnerships.
- Demonstrated ability to engage senior stakeholders, boards, regulators, and external partners.
- Experienced in operational transformation, risk management, governance, and ESG initiatives.
- A strategic and resilient leader capable of navigating complex business and market environments.
