Job Purpose
The Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) is responsible for defining, driving, and executing the Company's overall strategic direction. This role leads and ensures that business priorities are translated into actionable initiatives and delivered with measurable impact. The CSO acts as a key advisor to the CEO and Board, ensuring alignment between long-term strategy and operational execution.

· Track and report strategic KPIs and business performance metrics
· Ensure initiatives deliver intended financial and operational outcomes
· Drive data-driven decision-making across the organization
· Present progress updates to the Executive Committee and Board

· Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO, Board, and senior leadership
· Collaborate closely with business units to ensure strategy alignment and execution
· Engage external stakeholders where necessary (consultants, partners, regulators)
