Your Role in VT Markets

In your role at VT Markets, you will be responsible for building market product and marketing plans, acting as the primary contact for all marketing matters, and ensuring seamless execution of campaigns and initiatives. You will lead the development of marketing collateral, manage communication materials, and work closely with PR, design, web developers, and external partners to deliver high-quality, consistent content across channels. Collaborating with regional and global teams, you will drive multi-channel marketing initiatives, using data and analytics to uncover insights that guide strategy and measure success. This role also involves managing brand materials, maintaining updated content, and ensuring quality assurance across all marketing outputs, with preference given to candidates who have experience in automated, journey-based omnichannel campaigns and alternate funding arrangements.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 to 8 years of agency or brand work experience in social media, content creation, digital marketing and/or creative content writing. Candidates with agency experience is highly preferred. Preferably with experience in financial and fintech industry.
  • Self-starter with excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn and other social media best practices.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented and an ability to multitask.
  • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong storyteller with excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Chinese.
  • Excellent organisational aptitude, attention to detail, and accuracy when working with numbers.
  • Resourceful, motivated, independent and takes initiative to fulfil tasks according to specified timelines.
  • Social media copywriting ability.
  • Experience with photography, image/video editing softwares for social media, and experience in financial industry content creation is a plus.
  • Ability to project manage and multitask in a dynamic and result-oriented environment.
  • Good communication skills in cross-cultural and cross-departmental co-ordination context.
  • Ability to provide strategic insights and help create graphic design/content in various forms.
  • Preferably experience leading a team for manager role. Need to have a strategic mindset with hands-on execution capabilities.

Job Responsibilities

  • Builds market product/marketing plans.
  • Serves as a single point of contact on marketing issues and resolution.
  • Coordinates the development and review of communication materials with appropriate resources.
  • Leads development of marketing collateral to support marketing plans.
  • Coordinates with public relations to support marketing initiatives.
  • Previous marketing experience developing and managing automated, journey-based omnichannel campaigns preferred.
  • Previous marketing experience with alternate funding arrangements preferred.
  • Use data and analytics to draw meaningful insights and trends to guide marketing strategy.
  • Collaborate with the regional and global marketing teams to create new multi-channel marketing initiatives, including development, implementation and measuring results.
  • Coordinate with external partners (suppliers etc.) and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and events.
  • Manage the development and manage fulfillment of collateral and brand materials. Ensure content is regularly updated and accurate.
  • Ensure quality assurance for marketing materials and promotions.
  • Partner with the marketing technology team to ensure proper measurement of relevant KPIs.
  • Liaise with Design team to manage implementation of content & campaign materials.
  • Work directly with web developers to maintain websites with approved up-to-date materials and content.
