General Operative Duties In This Instance Could Include
Prepare the tooling for winder to run the production according to schedule given.
To collect and get ready the resin or material during the winding process for pipe and fitting production.
To ensure the tooling to be heat/transfer in the oven before production.
To ensure all tooling standby must be clean and maintain in good operating condition. Any damage or hiccup must be report immediately to foreman or supervisor for further action
To transfer the pipe and fitting into post qure oven after wind.
Perform quality control on the product, follow reporting and record keeping procedure and report problem if any to foreman or superior.
To comply with all safety, house keeping and health procedure at work or premise.
Any others duties assign by superior from time to time.
JOB REQUIREMENT
Minimum SPM Qualification or Technical / Vocational Diploma / Certificate or equivalent.
Preferred experience is manufacturing or production environment.
Basic understanding of manufacturing processes.
Ability to read and follow work instructions, safety protocols, and company policies.
Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
Ability to operate basic hand tools and machinery.
Ability to carry physical works.
Ability to perform repetitive tasks and manual labor in various conditions (hot, dusty, wet and noisy).
This role required you to work on rotating shifts.
