Job description:
1. Project Planning & Coordination
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, schedules, and resource allocations.
- Manage project budgets, cost estimates, and financial reporting.
2. Execution & Delivery
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects according to plan.
- Monitor project progress and resolve issues or bottlenecks proactively.
- Ensure adherence to quality, compliance, and governance standards.
3. Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.
- Prepare and communicate progress reports, dashboards, and status updates.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and reviews with internal and external parties.
4. Risk & Issue Management
- Identify project risks and establish mitigation plans.
- Manage change requests and evaluate impacts on scope, timeline, or resources.
- Escalate critical issues to leadership when necessary.
5. Documentation & Reporting
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
- Track KPIs and performance metrics for continuous improvement.
- Conduct project post-mortems to identify lessons learned.
Profile description:
- Experience in managing Digital Payment projects (such as Google Pay, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, Trusted Service Provider (TSP), and Trusted Service Manager (TSP))
- knowledge of EMVCo specifications, HCE, smartcard and contactless payment technologies will be an added advantage.
- 10–15 years of experience in project management or similar role.
