Job Description

Responsibilities

1. Safely harvest, sort, and grade mushrooms according to established quality standards.
2. Perform daily packing operations efficiently within the designated packing room.
3. Maintain strict hygiene and cleanliness standards in the work area, ensuring all handling processes remain completely free of chemical pesticides.
4. Assist in accurate data recording for daily yields and track
5. Adhere to all standard operating procedures (SOPs) for daily job rotations, workplace safety, and discipline.

Requirements

1. Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
2. Previous experience in agricultural operations, harvesting, or packing environments is an advantage.
3. Strong attention to detail, specifically regarding product quality and strict hygiene protocols.
4. Ability to work systematically, adapt to daily job rotations, and follow standard operating procedures.
5. Physically fit and capable of performing manual handling tasks.
6. Willing to be based at TKPM Sendayan, Negeri Sembilan.
