Job Title: AI/ML Engineer – Generative AI Engineer

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer – GenAI & Agentic AI to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Generative AI, LLM-based applications, and Agentic AI frameworks, with the ability to design, build, and deploy scalable AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

•Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions for real-world business use cases

•Build and optimize LLM-based applications using frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph

•Implement RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) pipelines using vector databases

•Integrate LLMs with enterprise systems, APIs, and data sources

•Fine-tune and evaluate LLMs for performance, accuracy, and cost optimization

•Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to deliver end-to-end AI solutions

•Ensure best practices for model security, governance, and scalability

Required Skills & Qualifications:

•4+ years of overall experience in AI/ML or Data Science roles

•Strong hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and Agentic AI systems

•Proficiency in Python and AI/ML libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, etc.)

•Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, RAG architectures, and prompt engineering

•Knowledge of vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, etc.)

•Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure)

•Good understanding of ML model lifecycle, deployment, and monitoring

Good to Have:

•Experience with multi-agent systems and autonomous AI workflows

•Exposure to MLOps, CI/CD for ML, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)

•Experience in building production-grade AI applications
