Voice/Chat Bot :: Hands on experience with bot (Genesys Dialog Engine and/or Google Dialog flow design and integration with Genesys cloud, Architect flow development.
Advanced IVR/Speech recognition:: Hands on experience developing advanced complex IVRs in Architect including TTS, ASR, Lamda and Lex (good to have)
Coding ‿ platform API & SDK :: Hands on experience developing applications using Genesys cloud APIs with SDK (Java,Javascript, .NET etc.)
Workforce Management:: Hands on experience with Genesys WFM platform, design, implementation, configuration
Hands on experience with social channel (Facebook, Twitter, Line, WhatsApp) design and integration with Genesys cloud, Architect flow development and API
Deliverables:
Individuals will receive FRS from BT and they will have to deploy the system
They need to create call flows accordingly.
