Responsibilities:
As a Digital Graduate, you will:
- Support the Digital team broadly by assisting across strategy, innovation, and delivery workstreams - helping develop presentations, business cases, and strategic materials that communicate transformation initiatives to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Provide administrative support to the Digital team, including calendar and meeting coordination, distribution list management, document organization, SharePoint/Teams site upkeep and general operational tasks that keep the team running smoothly.
- Help create high-quality presentations and visual materials using PowerPoint, Miro, and Power BI — translating complex information into clear, visually compelling narratives for steering forums, workshops, and leadership updates.
- Support stakeholder coordination by scheduling and setting up calls, preparing meeting agendas, tracking action items, summarizing key outcomes and next steps after meetings and interviews, and maintaining follow-up logs.
- Assist in data analysis and reporting by leveraging Excel and Power BI to build dashboards and generate insights that inform prioritization and decision-making.
- Contribute to portfolio and backlog management by helping maintain the innovation pipeline, tracking initiative status, and updating documentation.
- Explore automation and efficiency opportunities by identifying repetitive tasks within the team's workflows and proposing improvements using available digital tools.
- Conduct emerging technology scouting and market sensing to identify relevant AI tools, vendor capabilities, and external innovation trends that could inform the team's roadmap and enhance ways of working.
Experience & Skills Required:
This role is aimed at fresh graduates who:
- Demonstrate strong presentation and visual communication skills — the ability to structure information logically and design aesthetically polished, professional PowerPoint materials is essential.
- Are highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks, tracking deadlines, and maintaining structured documentation without losing sight of quality.
- Hold a recent degree in business, finance, or a related discipline — familiarity with foundational concepts in finance, strategy, or business operations is preferred.
- Think analytically and are comfortable working with quantitative data, demonstrating curiosity in turning numbers into actionable insights.
- Communicate clearly and professionally, adapting their style to different audiences — from peers to senior stakeholders.
- Are proactive and self-driven, willing to take ownership of tasks, anticipate needs, and propose solutions without waiting to be asked.
- Show curiosity about emerging technology and AI, keeping a pulse on new tools, vendors, and innovation trends relevant to finance and digital transformation.
- Collaborate effectively in cross-functional, international team settings and build positive working relationships.
Technical Skills
Must have:
- MS office: PowerPoint & Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel — comfortable with data manipulation, pivot tables, lookups, and structured analysis.
- Power BI — ability to build or maintain dashboards and interpret data visualizations.
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with SAP (understanding of system navigation and finance-related modules).
- Experience with Miro for visual collaboration, process mapping, or workshop facilitation.
- Basic familiarity with Python and/or SQL for data extraction, manipulation, or automation.
- Awareness of AI and GenAI tools

Note: Contract role – two engagement periods
We are seeking candidates who are willing and available to work on a contract basis. The engagement will consist of two contract periods:
- 1 September 2026 to 15 November 2026
- 1 January 2027 to 15 November 2027
