Job Description

Are you passionate about digital transformation and eager to understand how global finance operations evolve through technology and innovation Join our Global Finance Services (GFS) Digital Team as a Digital Graduate, where you will actively support the delivery of our global digital agenda — from shaping compelling business cases to coordinating cross-functional initiatives and providing day-to-day administrative support to the team. This engagement is designed for fresh graduates and offers hands-on exposure to strategic program management, stakeholder engagement, and digital enablement in a fast-paced, collaborative environment focused on your growth.

Responsibilities:

As a Digital Graduate, you will:

  • Support the Digital team broadly by assisting across strategy, innovation, and delivery workstreams - helping develop presentations, business cases, and strategic materials that communicate transformation initiatives to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Provide administrative support to the Digital team, including calendar and meeting coordination, distribution list management, document organization, SharePoint/Teams site upkeep and general operational tasks that keep the team running smoothly.
  • Help create high-quality presentations and visual materials using PowerPoint, Miro, and Power BI — translating complex information into clear, visually compelling narratives for steering forums, workshops, and leadership updates.
  • Support stakeholder coordination by scheduling and setting up calls, preparing meeting agendas, tracking action items, summarizing key outcomes and next steps after meetings and interviews, and maintaining follow-up logs.
  • Assist in data analysis and reporting by leveraging Excel and Power BI to build dashboards and generate insights that inform prioritization and decision-making.
  • Contribute to portfolio and backlog management by helping maintain the innovation pipeline, tracking initiative status, and updating documentation.
  • Explore automation and efficiency opportunities by identifying repetitive tasks within the team's workflows and proposing improvements using available digital tools.
  • Conduct emerging technology scouting and market sensing to identify relevant AI tools, vendor capabilities, and external innovation trends that could inform the team's roadmap and enhance ways of working.

Experience & Skills Required:

This role is aimed at fresh graduates who:

  • Demonstrate strong presentation and visual communication skills — the ability to structure information logically and design aesthetically polished, professional PowerPoint materials is essential.
  • Are highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks, tracking deadlines, and maintaining structured documentation without losing sight of quality.
  • Hold a recent degree in business, finance, or a related discipline — familiarity with foundational concepts in finance, strategy, or business operations is preferred.
  • Think analytically and are comfortable working with quantitative data, demonstrating curiosity in turning numbers into actionable insights.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally, adapting their style to different audiences — from peers to senior stakeholders.
  • Are proactive and self-driven, willing to take ownership of tasks, anticipate needs, and propose solutions without waiting to be asked.
  • Show curiosity about emerging technology and AI, keeping a pulse on new tools, vendors, and innovation trends relevant to finance and digital transformation.
  • Collaborate effectively in cross-functional, international team settings and build positive working relationships.

Technical Skills

Must have:

  • MS office: PowerPoint & Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel — comfortable with data manipulation, pivot tables, lookups, and structured analysis.
  • Power BI — ability to build or maintain dashboards and interpret data visualizations.

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with SAP (understanding of system navigation and finance-related modules).
  • Experience with Miro for visual collaboration, process mapping, or workshop facilitation.
  • Basic familiarity with Python and/or SQL for data extraction, manipulation, or automation.
  • Awareness of AI and GenAI tools

What We Offer

  • Direct exposure to global digital transformation — work alongside senior leaders shaping the innovation agenda for GFS across multiple regions.
  • Hands-on project experience spanning business case development, stakeholder engagement, portfolio management, administrative operations, and digital enablement.
  • Coaching and mentorship from experienced professionals in digital strategy, finance, and program management.
  • A collaborative, inclusive culture that values your ideas, encourages initiative, and invests in your professional development.
  • Opportunity to build a versatile skill set at the intersection of finance, technology, and strategy — an ideal first step for graduates pursuing careers in consulting, digital transformation, or corporate strategy.

Note: Contract role – two engagement periods

We are seeking candidates who are willing and available to work on a contract basis. The engagement will consist of two contract periods:

  • 1 September 2026 to 15 November 2026
  • 1 January 2027 to 15 November 2027

Please note that the role will not be active during December 2026.
