Role & Responsibilities
- Report timely and accurate information in accordance with appropriate global / statutory standards.
- Provide management with reports of monthly close analyses in a timely manner.
- Prepare and submit accurate reports in a timely manner, as appropriate and provide analysis of accounting information as required.
- Process FA transactions in FA sub-ledger/module and make sure all required supporting materials are ready before processing.
- Perform balance sheet review and clear accounts reconciliation, follow up open issues and take immediate actions.
- Prepare audit PBC list, coordinate and support internal/external audit.
- Comply with the annual auditing requirements for statutory financial reports.
- Assist in the implementation of strict accounting standards and internal business management control procedures to achieve clear auditing results.
- Responsible for implementing corrective action as a result of audits findings.
- Participate in special projects as requested.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above in Finance or Accounting.
- 2-3 years experience of independent GL accountant experience; additional FA accountant experience preferred; Chinese entity service experience preferred.
- Solid understanding of Chinese / US GAAP and practice.
- Experience with ERP (e.g. QAD) and Hyperion preferred.
- Strong sense of work responsibility & accountability.
- Accuracy/Attention to detail.
- Excellent Mandarin speaking / reading / writing skills and good English speaking / reading / writing skills.
