Description
- Manage general ledger accounting activities, including reconciliations and journal entries.
- Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and internal policies.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors during audits.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Identify and implement process improvement initiatives in general ledger operations.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members on accounting matters.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of financial processes.
Profile
A Successful Candidate Should Have
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 3 - 5 years in GL / RTR
- Strong knowledge of general ledger processes and accounting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience in the industrial or manufacturing industry is advantageous.
