The Global Application Services Specialist is responsible for the support, maintenance, and enhancement of enterprise applications across global IT landscape. This role ensures that business-critical applications are reliable, secure, and aligned with operational needs. The specialist collaborates with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality application services and continuous improvement.

Your future duties and responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical and functional support for enterprise applications across business domains.
- Coordinate application lifecycle activities including upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.
- Manage incidents, service requests, and problem resolution related to application services.
- Collaborate with business users to understand requirements and translate them into application solutions.
- Ensure application compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Work with vendors and service providers to ensure quality and timely delivery of application support.
- Maintain documentation for application configurations, procedures, and change history.
- Support integration between applications and other IT systems.
- Participate in application-related projects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Skills / Competencies
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
- Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture and operations.
- Experience with ERP, CRM, or other business-critical platforms.
- Knowledge of application integration, data flows, and APIs.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration across teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a global environment.
- Experience with ITIL processes and service management tool
- Bachelors or masters degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 37 years of experience in enterprise application support or management.
- Experience in a global enterprise environment is preferred.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics) are a plus.
