Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Global Growth: Develop and execute strategies to capture new business opportunities in target markets and verticals.
- Own the Full Sales Cycle: Manage all stages from lead generation to closure, consistently exceeding sales targets through solution-based selling.
- Build Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate and maintain senior-level relationships with key clients (OEMs, System Integrators), acting as their trusted advisor.
- Collaborate for Success: Work closely with internal Engineering and Service teams to ensure proposed solutions are viable and successfully delivered.
- Provide Market Intelligence: Analyze trends and competitor activity to generate actionable insights for the business.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related field).
- Experience: 10+ years in technical sales within industrial automation, with a proven track record of winning complex projects. International experience is preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong technical understanding of automation systems (e.g., PLC, Robotics, MES).
- Exceptional client-facing communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and a demonstrated ability to build long-term client relationships.
- A proactive, results-driven mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Other: Fluency in English is required. Willingness to travel internationally.
