Responsibilities

The HR Operations team endeavours to continuously build and deliver a seamless and positive employee experience across the whole employee lifecycle. Complete the monthly review on salary data sources of assigned countries on time to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of all data sources related to salary 2. Complete the annual operation related to salary data sources of non-Chinese Mainland countries on time, including but not limited to: review of global payroll SOP, operations of annual salary increase and promotion, coordination and payment management of annual and mid-year bonus 3. Be familiar with the management mode of data sources in non-Chinese Mainland countries to ensure that the data source submission and approval process meet the development needs of the company and business 4. Through the precipitation and analysis of issues related to salary data sources, collaborate with other teams to constantly iterate and standardize the operation model of salary data sources 5. Cooperate with the internal HR technology team to promote the intelligent connection between the external payroll system and internal upstream data source system 6. Other work related to payroll operation assigned by superiors.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification(s) 1. English can be used as the working language, and be flexible for cross-border business trips and work across time zones 2. Have the ability to learn new stuff fast, have self-learning awareness, and have a positive work attitude 3. Have good logical thinking ability, analysis and problem solving ability 4. Be able to work with a sense of urgency, be able to deal with the needs of multiple parties, and have the ability to plan and deal with priorities 5. Be proficient in using Microsoft Excel for data processing. Preferred Qualification(s) 1. Advantageous to have 5 years of work experience related to payroll operation, and SSC work experience is preferred 2. Having the ability to use macros, Python and other related applications in data processing to improve efficiency is preferred 3. Be willing to further extend the work scope in global payroll (especially in non-Chinese Mainland regions).
