Job Description

Industry: Logistics & Supply Chain

Work Location: Bac Ninh Office, Vietnam

Job Overview

Responsible for planning, implementing, coordinating and evaluating JUSDA's products and services to meet global customer needs; continuously optimize service and operation management to increase customer business share year-on-year; ensure the fulfillment of the company's operational and commercial commitments, and act as the senior contact for designated global customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and meet customers cross-functional and cross-regional needs, coordinate end-to-end services; provide consultative sales to create competitive advantages for customers and reflect JUSDA's value.
  • Formulate and implement global business strategies based on customer and company goals.
  • Liaise with all levels and regions of customers to establish multi-level, multi-touch cooperative relationships.
  • Manage the full sales opportunity process and achieve the company's performance growth targets.
  • Develop and monitor implementation standards according to KPIs to ensure global collaboration and information transparency.
  • Continuously optimize processes, reduce waste, and realize cost reduction and efficiency improvement for both the company and customers.

Job Requirements

  • Preferred Majors: Supply Chain Management, Marketing, International Trade
  • Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree or above; over 10 years of experience in multinational enterprises in international freight/contract logistics, including 3+ years of key account management experience.
  • Excellent business acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Willing to accept overseas business trips and long-term overseas stationing.
  • Proven experience in global customer management, complex commercial negotiations and cross-border project management.
  • Possess consultative sales capabilities and strategic thinking.
