Global Mobility & Talent Capability Lead

The Global Mobility & Talent Capability Lead oversees the governance and compliance of international employee mobility while leading initiatives that strengthen the organization's workforce capabilities.
The role ensures that global mobility programs operate in full compliance with immigration, tax, and regulatory requirements, while talent capability initiatives support the development of critical skills, leadership pipelines, and workforce readiness aligned with business strategy.
Candidates with strong Global Mobility expertise who are interested in developing Talent Capability experience are encouraged to apply. The role provides exposure to regional workforce initiatives and capability development programs.
What You'll Be Doing
- Global Mobility Governance & Compliance
- Oversee global mobility governance to ensure compliance with immigration, tax, and employment regulations across all jurisdictions.
- Manage policies and processes related to international assignments, cross-border travel, and relocation compliance.
- Partner with external advisors and internal stakeholders on immigration, tax, and regulatory matters.
- Ensure global mobility policies are compliant, transparent, and consistently applied.
- Monitor regulatory developments and update policies to mitigate compliance risks.
- Provide guidance to HR and business leaders on international mobility compliance requirements.
- Talent Capability Development
- Lead the development of organizational capability frameworks aligned with business priorities.
- Identify critical skill gaps and implement strategies to build workforce capabilities.
- Support leadership development initiatives and talent pipeline development.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Learning teams to strengthen technical and leadership capabilities.
- Integrate capability development into talent management and workforce planning processes.
- Policy Governance, Risk Management, Compliance
- Establish governance frameworks for mobility and capability programs.
- Ensure policies align with global regulatory requirements and internal governance standards.
- Maintain oversight of vendor partners supporting mobility services.
- Ensure effective compliance execution of mobility policies, immigration requirements, and cross-border employment regulations.
What You'll Need
- 1015 years of HR experience with strong exposure to global mobility.
- Deep knowledge of international mobility compliance (immigration, tax, relocation governance).
- Exposure to talent or capability development initiatives is an advantage. Candidates with a strong global mobility background and a willingness to learn and develop talent capability expertise are also encouraged to apply.
- Experience working with multi-jurisdiction / cross-country workforce environments.
- Globally minded compliance governance expert with the ability to translate strategy into practical solutions.
