Global Partner Support Specialist | Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Location: Level 8, Centrepoint North, Mid Valley City, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Employment Type: 12-Month Contract (Renewable)
Interview Mode: Virtual (3 Rounds)
Key Responsibilities:
Manage partner inbox & case support for APAC region
Support partner programs across Sales, Services & Innovation tracks
Maintain operational trackers, documentation & workflows
Perform partner data maintenance and status updates
Coordinate communications with global cross-functional teams
Ensure process adherence and SLA compliance
Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years experience in Operations / Partner Support / Sales Operations / Business Operations
Experience with Salesforce (SFDC), CRM tools, or case management systems
Strong communication & stakeholder coordination skills
Detail-oriented with documentation and reporting experience
Comfortable working in a fast-paced global environment
