We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Pre-Sales Consultant. This is a full-time and permanent position is based in Kuala Lumpur.

Responsibilities:

Pre-Sales Support:

  • Partner with Sales and Account Executives to support global payroll opportunities throughout the sales cycle
  • Participate in discovery calls to understand prospect requirements, payroll structures, and compliance challenges
  • Provide expert guidance on global payroll processes, statutory requirements, and country-specific considerations to support the global payroll sales process.

Solution Design & Demonstrations:

  • Design and present tailored global payroll solutions for multi-country and complex payroll environments, working in collaboration with the commercial organisation
  • Deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations to prospects and stakeholders inc. Vistra existing client migrating from OSC to GPMS
  • Support the response documents associated with RFIs, RFPs, and compliance questionnaires related to global payroll services.

Subject Matter Expertise:

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on global payroll and system capability
  • Translate complex payroll concepts into clear, value-driven explanations for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Stay current on global payroll trends, regulatory changes, and market developments
  • Own and maintain the Demo sandbox environment to support Pre-Sales owned demos and Sales user demos.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with Product, Implementation, and Customer Success teams to ensure solution feasibility and smooth handovers
  • Provide feedback from prospects to help influence product roadmap and enhancements
  • Support enablement efforts by training Sales teams on payroll capabilities and positioning

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in global payroll, payroll operations, payroll consulting, or payroll solutions
  • Strong knowledge of multi-country payroll processes, statutory compliance, and payroll calculations
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to explain complex regulatory and technical topics clearly
