Job Description

  • Manage, validate, and maintain customs-related data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reporting integrity
  • Perform data analysis to identify trends, risks, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities
  • Develop and maintain KPI reporting, scorecards, dashboards, and management reports
  • Support customs and duty-related analysis, including cost-saving and optimization initiatives
  • Collaborate with Customs, Supply Chain, Business Units, and Digital teams to improve reporting capabilities and data quality
  • Prepare analytical insights and business recommendations for regional and global stakeholders
  • Support dashboard enhancements, automation initiatives, and reporting standardization efforts
  • Monitor customs performance metrics and support data-driven decision-making
  • Participate in continuous improvement and customs transformation initiatives

The Successful Applicant

A successful Customs Data Analytics Specialist (Supply Chain) should have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Engineering, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Customs, Trade Compliance, Supply Chain Analytics, Reporting, Performance Management, or related functions
  • Strong experience working with large datasets, reporting, KPI management, and business analysis
  • Advanced Excel skills with the ability to manipulate, analyze, and present data effectively
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and data interpretation capabilities
  • Good understanding of customs operations, trade compliance, or supply chain processes
  • Experience with Power BI, SAP, SAP GTS, or other reporting tools would be advantageous
