Job Description
- Manage, validate, and maintain customs-related data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reporting integrity
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, risks, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities
- Develop and maintain KPI reporting, scorecards, dashboards, and management reports
- Support customs and duty-related analysis, including cost-saving and optimization initiatives
- Collaborate with Customs, Supply Chain, Business Units, and Digital teams to improve reporting capabilities and data quality
- Prepare analytical insights and business recommendations for regional and global stakeholders
- Support dashboard enhancements, automation initiatives, and reporting standardization efforts
- Monitor customs performance metrics and support data-driven decision-making
- Participate in continuous improvement and customs transformation initiatives
The Successful Applicant
A successful Customs Data Analytics Specialist (Supply Chain) should have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Engineering, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Customs, Trade Compliance, Supply Chain Analytics, Reporting, Performance Management, or related functions
- Strong experience working with large datasets, reporting, KPI management, and business analysis
- Advanced Excel skills with the ability to manipulate, analyze, and present data effectively
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and data interpretation capabilities
- Good understanding of customs operations, trade compliance, or supply chain processes
- Experience with Power BI, SAP, SAP GTS, or other reporting tools would be advantageous
