- Manage supplier relationships to maintain a reliable supply chain in the Consumer Goods industry.
- Develop new OEM manufacturers
- Analyze market trends to identify potential sourcing opportunities and risks.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to achieve favorable terms for the company.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet procurement and supply chain objectives.
- Ensure compliance with international sourcing regulations and standards.
- Monitor supplier performance and implement improvement plans where necessary.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sourcing activities.

A Successful Global Sourcing Lead Should Have
- A strong background in procurement and supply chain management within the Consumer Goods industry.
- Proficiency in developing and implementing global sourcing strategies.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
