Kaiyiee is currently a headhunting firm specializing in overseas recruitment for Chinese companies expanding overseas. With the establishment of our Singapore office, we aim to further assist global companies in recruitment (including recruiting Chinese employees). Therefore, we are seeking a partner with global client development capabilities to jointly expand into markets including Southeast Asia, Australia, Europe, and the Americas.
Job Overview
Responsible for overseas client development and initial project requirements coordination. This is a remote, results-oriented collaborative role, suitable for candidates with strong self-motivation and a desire for long-term commitment to international recruitment and the overseas expansion of Chinese companies.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with overseas corporate clients, focusing on: companies with recruitment needs for Chinese talent, companies with a history of Chinese companies expanding overseas, organizations needing to build international teams, and companies requiring the overseas assignment of Chinese employees.
- Communicate recruitment needs with clients, coordinate with internal recruitment consultants to advance job delivery, and follow up on client feedback and interview arrangements.
- Complete business communication and negotiation throughout the contract process until contract signing.
- Maintain long-term client relationships and continuously explore cooperation opportunities.
We hope you possess the following qualities:
- Fluent in both English and Chinese for business communication
- Experience in recruitment, headhunting, B2B sales, business development, or customer management
- Strong client communication and business negotiation skills
- Ability to use WeCom for daily work communication
Partnership and Revenue Model:
- This position operates on a performance-based revenue-sharing model. After successful client payment and candidate completion of the guarantee period, the partner receives 15% of the project payment as revenue sharing.
- Currently, the company's average revenue per recruitment project is approximately RMB 95,000 – 100,000.
