General Manager / Head of Asset Management
A leading listed real estate investment platform is seeking a senior asset management leader to drive value creation, operational excellence and long‑term portfolio performance.
Key Focus
- Maximise asset value, NOI and NAV through disciplined asset strategies and enhancement initiatives
- Oversee portfolio budgeting, financial performance and business plan execution
- Provide strategic oversight of building management, compliance, safety and service providers
- Support leasing, tenancy negotiations, insurance matters and stakeholder management
- Lead technical due diligence for acquisitions and major capital initiatives
- Ensure regulatory, ESG and building code compliance across all assets
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in property, asset, building or engineering-related discipline
- Minimum 12 years senior experience in commercial real estate or asset management
- Strong technical and financial acumen with proven leadership capability
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and problem‑solving skills
