MISSION: The goal is to achieve the company's annual commercial objectives (top-line growth, profitability and student experience). Reporting to the CEO and/or COO, he/she will be responsible for all sales & marketing funnels (digital, brand activation, internal revenue) as well as the student experience (customer satisfaction) online and in-center (depending on the business unit). Ultimately P&L responsibility for the relevant business unit/division.
1. Achieves monthly sales targetsSet bottom-up sales targets, sales tactics, promotions and related marketing initiatives
Track and drives the sales & marketing functions daily through robust data-driven reports
Lead and drive Area Managers to achieve monthly sales and experience goals

3b) Competencies/Characteristics Required:
A logical, strategic thinker
Able to articulate ideas well in presentations
Strong commercial judgement to know what promos/tactics would work and what would not
Able to present feasibility study for proposed new sites
Secure new sites, project manage build and pre-sales/marketing
Identify complementary revenue generation opportunities, create product and launch
